Robert takes his career to the next level

Pack Works Process Worker Robert Erwin has drawn on the skills he's acquired at college and through his hobbies to progress his career goals.

After working at Pack Works for less than 12 months, Robert felt ready to move to the next level of work and approached Pack Works Coordinator, Tom Hobbs to express his interest in data manipulation.

"He has now moved from other jobs to doing more complex data manipulation", says Tom. "We bring in a spreadsheet containing data, then Robert's job is to merge and check that data to make sure it's correct for the ID cards to be printed."

Robert has always had an interest in data and computers. Before he started working at Pack Works he attended college to learn more about computers and uses these skills in his new role. He also has a hobby creating computer graphics and artworks, drawing on his imagination as his inspiration for the work he creates.

"At the moment, I'm working on Seniors and Companion cards," says Robert "I enjoy working at Pack Works".
