Unisson Disability has been granted the ‘Biggest Impact on Employee Engagement’ Award by leading performance management consulting business, Cornerstone.
Unisson’s talented Human Resources team accepted the Award at Cornerstone’s Converge Sydney 2018 Conference in August.
The Cornerstone Client Awards acknowledge outstanding organisations who have implemented Cornerstone software and systems and achieved great results.
Being nominated for and then winning this Award recognises the impact that Unisson’s new HR system has had on the organisation, and on employees.
Since the implementation of the organisation’s HR system in September 2017, Unisson has seen employee engagement levels rise across all areas. It has been revolutionary in transforming HR processes across the organisation, through streamlined onboarding, new performance review processes, online trainings and peer-to-peer recognition.
