Pack Works
Pack Works is a vibrant hub where talent and innovation come together. We provide paid employment for people with disabilities in a supportive and energetic environment. Our services include everything from letter collation and ID matching to heat sealing and product packaging, with flexible on-site and off-site options to fit seamlessly into your business. Located in Thornleigh, our facility is a lively space where around 60 supported employees develop skills and careers, bringing enthusiasm and precision to every task. Ground Works
Our Ground Works team is your go-to for maintaining stunning lawns and gardens across Sydney and the Central Coast. We cater to a range of clients, including municipal councils, state government, retirement villages, and hospitals. Our services come with on-the-job support and training, ensuring your outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained by a skilled and passionate team. Ground Works is all about enhancing the beauty of your environment while empowering our employees with valuable skills and confidence.

Our Services
Unisson Pack Works
Pack Works is one of Unisson’s Disability Enterprises. It provides paid employment for people with disability in a supported working environment. Pack Works services are available with both on or off-site options, providing flexibility for businesses with a desire to use our services. Facilities are based in the northern Sydney suburb of Thornleigh where assembly tasks are completed and monitored by Unisson Disability staff. Pack Works has approximately 60 supported employees, and training ensures their skills are developed over time while they work hard in an environment that is fun and energetic and focused on quality outcomes for customers.
Unisson Ground Works
Ground Works is one of Unisson’s Disability Enterprises. It provides paid employment for people with disability in a supported working environment. Ground Works covers lawn and garden maintenance for residential and commercial clients, with Unisson Disability staff providing on the job support and supervision. The Ground Works team spend most of their day on the road servicing properties in Sydney’s Northern and Western Suburbs, and the Central Coast. All staff have had training in garden maintenance and love that their work allows them to spend time outdoors.
