Pack Works, Works For Your Business

Pack Works is one of Unisson’s Disability Enterprises. It provides paid employment for people with disability in a supported working environment. Pack Works services are available with both on or off-site options, providing flexibility for businesses with a desire to use our services. The Pack Works facilities are based in the northern Sydney suburb of Thornleigh where assembly tasks are completed and monitored by Unisson Disability staff. Pack Works has approximately 60 supported employees, and training ensures their skills are developed over time while they work hard in an environment that is fun and energetic and focused on quality outcomes for customers.

Letter Collation
Attention to detail on letter collation including letter and envelope address matching.
Barcode Printing
Barcode printing for a range of products and deliveries.
Packaging and Assembly
We are specialists in repackaging and assembly, including conference/showbags. We deliver on time and to budget.
Warehouse and Storage
Pack Works has space at its Thornleigh warehouse to store your products while we complete the order and prepare for dispatch.
Mail House Fulfilment Services
We offer a full suite of mail house fulfilment services including folding, sealing and labelling for envelope insertions and lodgement with Australia Post. We are able to take receipt of goods from a supplier’s warehouse; assemble and pack samples; label, and deliver directly out to a businesses’ customers.
Quality Assurance Testing
Our quality assurance testing and checks of packages/repackaging ensures that we’re able to rework and make repairs to packaging, labelling and stock as required.
